These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of colightcollective.com and the services offered under the name Common Light Collective (the “Collective”). The Collective is operated by ProHeal Tech (“we”, “us”, “our”). By using the website or submitting an intention, you agree to these Terms.

1. What the Collective offers

The Collective provides a spiritual and reflective experience. You may submit a personal intention, which is included in an upcoming collective ritual of prayer, meditation and intention-setting conducted by or on behalf of the Collective.

The Collective does not guarantee any specific outcome. Participation is not a substitute for professional medical, psychological, legal or financial advice, and we do not claim that prayer, meditation or manifestation can diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any medical condition.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or have the consent and supervision of a parent or guardian, to submit an intention or make a contribution.

3. Submitting an intention

• You may submit an intention for yourself or for someone else.
• Intentions must not involve harming another person, illegal activity, harassment, hate, or any other harmful conduct. We may decline or remove any intention that we reasonably believe breaches this rule, and refund the contribution in that case.
• You are responsible for what you write. Please avoid including sensitive personal details about other people that are not necessary for your intention.
• You grant us a limited, non-exclusive right to store your intention and to read, speak or hold it as part of a collective ritual. If you choose to remain anonymous, your name will not be associated with your intention during the ritual.
• We will not publish or share your intention publicly unless you have given us explicit permission to do so. You may withdraw that permission at any time by contacting us.

4. Contributions and payments

• Every intention requires a minimum contribution of ₹500. You may choose to contribute more.
• All amounts are in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of any applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
• Payments are processed by Razorpay, a third-party payment gateway. We do not see or store your card, UPI or bank details. Your use of Razorpay is also subject to Razorpay’s own terms and privacy policy.
• 50% of our proceeds are dedicated to supporting meditation and contemplative communities. The remainder supports the people, rituals, technology and operations that make the Collective possible. Contributions are payments for the Collective’s service and are not tax-deductible donations.
• Refunds and cancellations are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

5. Website content

All content on this website, including text, design, graphics and the Intention Library, belongs to ProHeal Tech or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may read and share it for personal, non-commercial purposes with attribution, but you may not copy, sell or republish it without our written permission.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the website, including by attempting to gain unauthorised access, interfering with its operation, submitting false or fraudulent payments, or using it to harass or harm anyone.

7. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

The website and services are provided “as is”. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we make no warranties about outcomes, availability or fitness for a particular purpose. Our total liability to you for any claim arising from your use of the Collective shall not exceed the amount you paid for the intention giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for decisions you make based on your participation.

8. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new “Last updated” date. Continued use of the website after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Bengaluru, India.
