Refund & Cancellation Policy

We want everyone who joins Common Light Collective to feel at ease. This policy explains when a contribution can be cancelled or refunded. It applies to all contributions made on colightcollective.com, which is operated by ProHeal Tech.

1. Cancelling before the ritual

You can cancel your intention and receive a full refund if you ask within 48 hours of making your contribution, provided your intention has not yet been included in a collective ritual.

2. After your intention has been held

Once your intention has been included in a collective ritual, the service has been delivered and the contribution is non-refundable. Half of each contribution is committed to supporting contemplative communities, so it cannot be recovered after it has been allocated.

3. Outcomes

The Collective offers a spiritual and reflective experience and does not guarantee any particular outcome. Refunds are not available on the basis that an intention has or has not come to pass.

4. Payment errors

If you were charged more than once, charged the wrong amount, or your payment went through but your intention was not recorded, contact us and we will refund the incorrect amount in full, regardless of the time limits above.

5. Declined intentions

If we decline an intention because it breaches our Terms & Conditions (for example, an intention to harm someone), we will refund the contribution in full.

6. How to request a refund

Email khuranasidharth007@gmail.com with the email address you used and your Razorpay payment ID (found in the receipt Razorpay emailed to you). We will reply within 2 business days.

7. How refunds are paid

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method through Razorpay within 5–7 business days of approval. Depending on your bank or UPI provider, it may take a few more days to appear in your account.
