Service Delivery Policy

Common Light Collective, operated by ProHeal Tech, provides a spiritual and reflective service. No physical goods are sold or shipped.

1. What you receive

When you submit an intention and complete your contribution, your intention is included in an upcoming collective ritual of prayer, meditation and intention-setting.

2. Confirmation

As soon as your payment is confirmed, you will see a confirmation on screen. Razorpay will also email a payment receipt to the address you provided.

3. When your intention is held

Collective rituals take place regularly. Your intention will be included in a ritual within 3 days of your contribution. If we are unable to include it within this time for any reason, we will contact you and offer a full refund.

4. Delivery location

The service is delivered remotely. You can take part from anywhere; there is nothing to collect and no delivery address is required.
